Your responsibilities will include: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Installation and commissioning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Install machines and equipment at customer sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commission the equipment and verify that it is operating correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train operators in the safe and reliable use of the equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide post-installation technical support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maintenance and troubleshooting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electrotechnical faults.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replace defective parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that equipment is returned to service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Workshop assembly<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assemble sub-assemblies and machines in accordance with the supplied drawings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out the required adjustments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify equipment conformity and quality before delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customer relations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide clear and effective technical solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain effective communication with customers and the After-Sales Service Manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent 3R Industries during on-site service visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Candidate profile:<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>Two-year post-secondary qualification in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or an equivalent field.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><br \/>At least two years\u2019 experience in a similar role, ideally in industrial maintenance or as a Field Service Technician.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to read technical drawings, assembly instructions and bills of materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident using IT tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Personal qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accuracy, independence and strong organisational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer service focus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsiveness and adaptability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A full driving licence is essential.
