The TECMOR cutting line D300-HC<\/strong> has been designed to meet the needs of bending workshops and precast plants looking for a high-performance solution for cutting steel.<\/p>\n\n\n

The installation is built around a 135 t-ton hydraulic crocodile shear<\/strong> positioned between an infeed table and a roller outfeed table. The motorized rollers ensure automatic bar movement while a mechanical stop<\/strong> enables precise definition of the cutting length.<\/p>\n\n\n

The modular outfeed table can be configured according to production needs and includes storage chutes for grouping cut bars. All cutting and conveying movements are controlled from a single control panel<\/strong>, simplifying operators’ work.<\/p>\n\n\n

Thanks to its 300 mm blades reversible on four sides<\/strong>, the shear guarantees precise and safe cutting of large volumes of bars in a single pass.<\/p>\n\n\n
