Creep’R is a specialized control system for hydraulic creep testing machines. It enables the control of a battery of creep machines, with load and strain measurement, controlled loading and automatic reloading for long-duration tests, in compliance with standard NF EN 12390-17 (2019): loading in less than 30 sec., automatic control and reloading.<\/p>\n

  • Control unit in mechanically welded sheet metal assembly, height 130 cm<\/li>\n
  • Logic module 24 logic inputs, 16 logic outputs<\/li>\n
  • Drive for controlling the hydraulic pump to control flow rate (up to 6L\/min)<\/li>\n
  • Wired remote control, with open, close, preload, loading buttons<\/li>\n
  • Multi-piston hydraulic power unit (reliability, consistency and quietness), mounted on silent blocks, with external level and temperature indicator<\/li>\n
  • Ball-type sealed distributors for pressurizing the hydraulic bus<\/li>\n
  • Stainless steel reservoir \u2013 capacity 40 liters<\/li>\n
  • Pressure sensor 400 bar, accuracy 0.5%EM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Machine configuration parameters and test specimen definition<\/li>\n
      • Preload control using the remote control, close to the machine<\/li>\n
      • Loading up to nominal stress in less than 30s, in compliance with the standard \u2022 Once nominal stress has been reached, Creep’R regularly monitors the applied load and automatically readjusts if necessary<\/li>\n
      • Load and strain measurements from each machine are automatically recorded<\/li>\n
