Some of our equipment has carried the Origine France Garantie label since 2012. This certification confirms that a substantial part of the manufacturing process for our testing machines, prestressing equipment, grinding machines and educational equipment is carried out in France.
Local manufacturing also helps reduce the environmental impact of logistics while supporting France’s industrial sovereignty.

Climate action and decarbonisation
Towards a lower-carbon future
Even before this assessment, several practical measures had already been introduced:
- Energy efficiency measures (since 2023): heating control, lighting optimisation, automatic standby for equipment and employee awareness initiatives
- Responsible mobility: voluntarily limiting motorway speeds to 120 km/h for business travel
- Local, committed suppliers: selecting nearby partners to reduce transport-related emissions and support shorter supply chains
In 2025, 3R Industries launched a DECARBON’ACTION assessment to accurately measure its carbon footprint and define a structured emissions reduction plan. This assessment covers all our main sources of environmental impact: purchased materials and raw materials, services and subcontracting, travel, capital assets and energy consumption.

Circular economy
Retrofit: a practical approach to sustainability
Rather than systematically replacing equipment, 3R Industries supports the modernisation of existing machines to extend their service life, improve their performance and adapt them to new requirements. This approach applies both to multi-brand testing machines and to selected technical equipment supplied by our partners, combining industrial, economic and environmental considerations.
Resource management
A broader approach to resource flows and use
Our environmental approach goes beyond recycling. It also includes resource management, the recovery and reuse of end-of-life equipment, reduced use of selected consumables, the gradual transition to digital processes, and a continued focus on local supply chains and efficient material flows.
