The Cetim has published a news article about the acquisition of a 3R gigacyclic fatigue testing machine to strengthen its material characterisation and modelling capabilities.
The article highlights the machine’s ability to perform alternating or pulsating fatigue tests at frequencies of up to 20 kHz and to investigate material behaviour beyond one billion cycles in just 14 hours.
