The MHS RATEC is designed for the production of solid or sandwich precast elements, such as walls, ceilings, supports, beams or joists. It can be used as a longitudinal or transverse formwork rail.
Its base profile made of steel sheet inclined at 6 mm, combined with a wooden formwork skin, provides a reliable solution for large-dimension elements. The system incorporates activatable high-performance magnets with an adhesion force of 2100 kg.
The MHS is height-adjustable from 100 to 500 mm and can be quickly converted according to production requirements.
