Robotic testing system operation
A complete test sequence, without interruption
Combined with a 3R hydraulic testing machine, the robotic arm operates autonomously and executes a rigorous cycle:
- Specimen retrieval from the integrated magazine
- Automatic measurement of thickness, then width
- Intelligent positioning in front of the reading module
- Code reading (barcode, QR, Datamatrix) and laser engraving of the unique identifier
- Automatic loading of the specimen into the testing machine
- Controlled tensile test to failure, according to your standard parameters
- Automated unloading of the specimen and recording of results
Each movement is synchronized with the machine control software and the data acquisition system.
