Robotic testing system operation

A complete test sequence, without interruption

Combined with a 3R hydraulic testing machine, the robotic arm operates autonomously and executes a rigorous cycle:

  1. Specimen retrieval from the integrated magazine
  2. Automatic measurement of thickness, then width
  3. Intelligent positioning in front of the reading module
  4. Code reading (barcode, QR, Datamatrix) and laser engraving of the unique identifier
  5. Automatic loading of the specimen into the testing machine
  6. Controlled tensile test to failure, according to your standard parameters
  7. Automated unloading of the specimen and recording of results

Each movement is synchronized with the machine control software and the data acquisition system.
