Use according to standard EN 196-1
In the overall specimen preparation process described in standard NF EN 196-1, the leveling operation is the only manipulation, involving human intervention, that can have a more or less significant impact on the results from compression strength tests. The human factor does, in fact, have an impact on the dispersion of your results. The M2A, for Automatic Leveling Machine, will enable you to control the leveling process through process automation.

Its design ensures compliance with the operating procedure described in standard NF EN 196-1 and reproduces identically, but in a controlled manner, manual leveling. Indeed, all movements (position and speed) of the leveling straightedge i.e., its inclination, axial and tangential displacement (for shearing) are configurable by the operator. This flexibility in machine use will enable you to create different leveling programs adapted to the consistency of the mortar to be characterized. Furthermore, process automation allows masked-time operation of the M2A which will optimize your process times. Technical specifications
