The FRANCO SCHNELL is a tool specially developed to support production operations on bending and shaping machines working from coils.
Its role is to perform pre-straightening of rebar wires before their introduction into the machine. This operation facilitates wire guidance and improves the operator’s working conditions, particularly when processing coils in Ø 14, Ø 16 and Ø 20 mm.
A version equipped with an integrated shear is also available. This configuration enables cutting of coil ends directly during preparation operations, thus limiting additional handling.
Compact and mobile, the FRANCO moves easily within the workshop to support different production lines.
