Teaching Equipment Test Benches
Since 2000, we have also been producing test benches for teaching purposes. These benches equipped with mobile gantries are designed for flexural tests on posts or beams, buckling tests on posts, or flexural tests on slabs, shear tests on walls, etc.

These frames consist of a fixed self-supporting bench on which 2 (or more) gantry frames move, equipped with cylinders of identical or different force (50 to 400 kN per gantry). The cylinders are generally hydraulic, but can also be electromechanical, depending on the type of test to be performed.
When positioning the specimen to be tested, the mobile benches are moved to the end of the bench, and brought back above the part at the time of testing. The advantage of this design, once again, is ergonomic, as ease of loading was at the heart of the design.
These benches, generally controlled by a Quantium control unit, are most often equipped with displacement sensors, enabling deflection measurement on the products to be tested.
