The TECMOR D300-HC cutting line has been designed to meet the needs of cutting and bending workshops and precast plants looking for a high-performance solution for cutting rebar.
The installation is built around a 135 t-ton hydraulic crocodile shear positioned between an infeed table and a roller outfeed table. The motorized rollers ensure automatic movement of the bars while a mechanical stop enables precise definition of the cutting length.
The modular outfeed table can be configured according to production needs and includes storage chutes for collecting cut bars. All cutting and conveying movements are controlled from a single control panel, simplifying operators’ work.
Thanks to its 300 mm blades reversible on four sides, the shear guarantees precise and safe cutting of large volumes of bars in a single pass.
