The RS-COPIC motorized telescopic trestles have been developed to support rebar assembly and welding operations. Thanks to their motorized system, they enable positioning rebars at working height, preventing operators from working in awkward positions.
Each trestle can be used individually or simultaneously with multiple units, offering great flexibility depending on the dimensions of the rebar cages to be assembled. This solution is particularly suited to long or large rebars, frequently encountered in rebar workshops and precast plants.
By facilitating access to welding points, the RS-COPIC trestles contribute to improving working conditions and limiting physical strain related to repetitive handling. They also reduce unnecessary movements around the cages and simplify assembly operations.
Developed by 3R RSP, a subsidiary of 3R Industries, the RS-COPIC trestles constitute an alternative to fixed trestles traditionally used in rebar workshops.
