Description

4-column Testing Machine for Blocks & Cylinders

The frame QC/LC (Four Columns / Long Stroke) has been designed for laboratories needing to perform tests on both cylinders and blocks, whose height difference generally requires the use of spacers, which are heavy and often difficult to center.

Standard: EN 12390-4Our QC/LC frames feature a cylinder with 200mm stroke, enabling testing on both blocks and cylinders without the need to handle spacers, and therefore without any adjustment or time loss when switching from one test to another.

Similarly, this particularly rigid frame, whose 4-column structure allows the passage of large platens (310mm wide on the 2000 kN and up to 410 mm on the 3000 kN), offers remarkable working ergonomics: thus the height of the lower platen (980 mm on the 2000 and 1050 mm on the 3000 kN) provides the user with perfect working comfort, limiting back problems.

The workstation ergonomics have also been carefully designed by confining the test chamber with stainless steel protective cheeks, transparent guarding enclosing the test area, and even a rotating chute to guide debris toward a bucket placed at the foot of the machine.
