The XP range frame is an extremely robust one-piece frame compliant with standard NF P18-412 or EN 12390-4. Whether in capacity 600, 2000 or 3000 kN, it is available in 2 different configurations:

XP Compact/NEOTRIS:

In this version, the frame and the NEOTRIS control unit are one. This configuration offers many advantages: reduced footprint, very easy start-up without any connection, ergonomic working height, “pallet” frame facilitating transport and handling, watertight bottom (in compliance with legislation on hydraulic machines) allowing the recovery of hydraulic leaks.

NEOTRIS Console:

• Great ease of use: thanks to its 7” color touchscreen TFT LCD display, access to all data is at your fingertips!
• Excellent performance: With a measurement resolution of 24bits, a sampling frequency of 500Hz and a precision pressure sensor 0,15% of the measurement range, this control unit achieves accuracy class 0,5 and compliance with EN 12390-4.
• Fully automatic control: requiring no human intervention during the test, NEOTRIS

• 

  automatically manages the loading rate and rupture detection. Results backup on USB key: automatic recording on a 16 GB USB key (or more on request)
• Results printing on printer: integrated printer for printing results
• Network connection: possibility of connecting the control unit to a network for results retrieval and remote maintenance.

XP/P on stand:

Mounted on a stand to maintain an ergonomic working height, the XP/P frame will be controlled by a NEOTRIS automatic control unit. This is the solution for all laboratories needing to control several frames (curbs, pipes, pavers, etc.) from a single control unit.
