The RP6 EMO mobile pusher is designed to automate the feeding of prestressing wires or strands while offering great flexibility of use thanks to its mobility.
Mounted on wheels, it can be easily moved between different production areas or several beds. Unlike a fixed installation, it enables successive feeding of several guide chutes, for example in different halls or precast lines.
The system integrates a bed recognition device, allowing quick connection and simplified positioning on different installations.
Like the fixed version, the pusher automates operations :
- unwinding of wires or strands
- feeding into the chutes
- management of cycles without constant intervention
It thus makes it possible to limit equipment movements and optimize production organization, by centralizing line feeding with a single machine.
Available in several power and speed configurations (up to 200 m/min), it adapts to production rates and bed lengths according to requirements.
