The RP6 EMA automatic pusher is designed to manage the entire feeding cycle for prestressing wires or strands, from spool output to cutting to length.
At the spool output, the wire is driven into a guide chute using a motorized roller system. The opening and closing of this chute, as well as the hydraulic shear, are automatically controlled by a programmable logic controller.
The operating cycle is fully automated :
- programming the number of wires
- unwinding with stop at length
- cutting automatic
- evacuation of the wire
- restart of the cycle
This overlapping operation enables production without continuous operator presence, while guaranteeing a consistent rate.
The system ensures accuracy in the order of ±3 cm, even on lengths up to 200 m meters, which improves the reliability of prestressing operations and limits rework or cutting errors.
Available in several power and speed configurations (up to 200 m/min), the pusher adapts to production requirements, whether in precast concrete or industrial installations.
