The HV cable kit Fi2A is suitable for working and preparing MV network cables. It enables the stripping of different layers present on an HV cable for cross-sections from 50 to 630 mm2.
General presentation:
First of all, the primary objective of this kit is to avoid the accumulation of tools and small parts (spare parts, adjustment cones, spreaders…). For this purpose, each tool is adjustable according to the cable diameter. While the cutting blade is adjustable according to the thickness of the layer to be removed.
Next, each tool has only one wearing part which is the blade. Moreover, these will always be in stock with us, for any tool in the HV cable kit Fi2A and are interchangeable, simply with an Allen key.
Furthermore, the entire preparation work for HV cables from 50 to 630 mm2is done by only 5 tools. Enabling the HV cable kit Fi2A to have a weight of only 3.4 kg and minimized dimensions.
Finally, each tool is designed to minimize working space while optimizing quality and speed of use.
The HV cable kit Fi2A contains :
- AMX Universal cable stripperfor robust outer sheaths from ø 16 to 54mm. It can thus work on cables whose outer polyethylene sheath completely adheres to the aluminum strip, from 16 to 54mm and with a thickness from 0 to 5mm
- Feed lever
- AMS universal cable stripperfor outer sheaths of MV & LV cables from ø 25mm. Particularly for PVC, rubber sheaths with diameter greater than 25mm and thickness from 0 to 5mm
- FBS cable stripperfor vulcanized semi-conductive screen. However, it can also work for extruded, bonded semi-conductive layers with diameter 10 to 52mm with insulating layer thickness from 0 to 1.5mm
- IMS II cable stripperfor all types of primary insulating sheaths with diameter 15 to 52mm – Insulation thickness from 0 to 15mm
- UFS chamfering toolfor all types of primary insulation with diameter 15 to 60mm
