L e HV kit éco2+is suitable for working and preparing distribution network cables.
It is optimized to enable medium voltage work from 50 to 630 mm2 at lower cost. With only 3 tools you can strip, remove the semi-conductive layer and remove the primary insulation. Among all the stripping tools offered by the Intercable brand, these are among the most ergonomic. The maximum rotation diameter of each tool in the HV kit éco2+enables working in confined spaces.
Moreover, its versatility also allows working on low voltage cables. Particularly with the use of the AMS stripper which enables efficient stripping of cables with a diameter greater than 25mm.
The HV kit éco2+ contains :
- AMS universal cable stripperfor outer sheaths of MV & LV cables from ø 25mm. Particularly for PVC sheaths, rubber with diameter greater than 25mm and thickness from 0 to 5mm
- FBS cable stripperfor vulcanized semi-conductive screen. However, it can also work for extruded, bonded semi-conductive layers with diameter 10 to 52mm with insulating layer thickness from 0 to 1.5mm
- IMS II cable stripperfor all types of primary insulating sheaths with diameter 15 to 52mm – Insulation thickness from 0 to 15mm
- Silicone grease tube

- Optional, theIMS cable strippercan remove the primary insulation using inserts. Each insert will have a fixed stripping section which enables quick adjustment. You will thus have the possibility to optimize your work without compromising the quality of the preparation.
Stripping inserts are not included and must be ordered separately to have the most suitable assortment for your work

Another version of the HV kit maintains the same concept. The éco+ kit offers the same tools but contains the AIS stripping pliers instead of the AMS stripper. It enables more efficient stripping on certain types of outer sheaths, particularly polyethylene.
