Description

Test control from a PC

The SYNT’X software centralizes test configuration, launching and monitoring. The operator can create methods tailored to their needs, save their parameters and monitor the test progress in real time.

The SOFTRIS enables in particular:

  • force or stress control;
  • automation of the different test phases;
  • creation of customized methods;
  • recording of profiles for recurring tests;
  • real-time monitoring of curves and measurements.

Multi-sensor acquisition

The control unit can centralize several measurement channels to simultaneously monitor the data required for test analysis. Depending on the selected configuration, it can be associated with different sensors and measurement equipment:

  • load sensors;
  • displacement sensors;
  • extensometers;
  • additional analog sensors.

SYNT’X control software

The SYNT’X software supports the operator from test preparation to results processing.

Integrated hydraulic power unit

The hydraulic power unit ensures rapid approach to the specimen, then automatically adapts its operation during the test to guarantee smooth and controlled operation.

The control unit is designed to offer ergonomic use, quiet operation and simple integration into the laboratory.

Support and remote maintenance

A secure connection enables 3R Industries teams to support users remotely for:

  • maintenance;
  • configuration assistance;
  • setup support;
  • additional training.

This function requires an Internet connection.
