Real-time automatic control
The Q4 controller ensures testing machine regulation at a rate of up to 500 loops per second. Its 24-bit analog inputs enable connection of various load or pressure sensors.
Its modular architecture also enables the control unit to evolve according to laboratory needs and associated machines.

An interface designed for operators
The 10-inch touchscreen centralizes test preparation and monitoring. The operator selects the machine and product to be tested from configurable libraries including necessary settings, specimen visuals and associated setup.
The interface enables:
- selecting a test method;
- entering the site, customer or formulation;
- viewing load and load/time curve;
- monitoring the test cycle in real time;
- accessing settings according to authorization level.
User management includes seven access levels to secure configuration, calibration and maintenance parameters.
Traceability and results management
Results are automatically time-stamped and saved in a dedicated library. They can be exported via USB key or transferred through the Ethernet network.
Changes made to settings, calibrations and configuration are also archived to maintain a precise history of control unit usage.

Integrated hydraulic power unit
The multi-piston hydraulic power unit is mounted on silent blocks to limit vibrations and noise level. It includes a 40-liter stainless steel reservoir, a controlled proportional solenoid valve and the components necessary to operate a cylinder.
Remote access enables 3R Industries teams to provide maintenance, configuration assistance or additional training, subject to an Internet connection.
